By using the Serveka API, you agree to these terms. If you are using Serveka on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You agree not to use Serveka for illegal purposes or in violation of meeting platform terms (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). You are responsible for obtaining consent to record meetings in applicable jurisdictions.
Serveka targets 99.9% uptime. Enterprise customers receive custom SLAs. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that exceed reasonable usage thresholds.
